Lot going on in the shop today. I'm painting, Jeremiah is cleaning and putting molds back together, Bob's sharping his chainsaw and Isaac is demolding a new 28" Goose. It's a beauty!!

This Goose mold was designed by mold maker Nick Stafford Boldmolds.com The detail is beautiful!

We tint our latex rubber with a baby blue pigment to set our molds apart from everybody else and it matches our website logo. We also tint our fiberglass with a black pigment. We add multiple registration keys along the seam line. We use solid wood for our support legs instead of flimsy PVC pipe...

Jeremiah and Isaac are demolding the geese they poured yesterday. This a mold from mold maker Nick Stafford from Virginia. Bold molds.com. We wondered how it the seam in front would look. It turns out great everytime. Another shout out to this young men. Their doing a great job! And learning a trade!
