Hi everyone! This is Arya, the owner of Wander + Wonder Kids Play Cafe. 💜
As many of you know, I am a first-generation American and the son of immigrant parents from Nepal. My parents have been an incredible part of the journey behind Wander + Wonder, and so much of what I have been able to build would not have been possible without their love, sacrifices, and unwavering support.
Growing up, I was taught the importance of knowing where I came from and taking pride in my Nepali roots and culture. Nepal holds a very special place in my heart and in my family’s story.
Many of you may have seen the devastating news coming out of Nepal following the recent glacial floods. The loss of life and destruction left in their wake has been heartbreaking. Families, children, communities, and critical infrastructure have been deeply impacted, leaving an enormous road to recovery ahead.
Because this is personal to me and to my family, I wanted Wander + Wonder to do our part to help.
For the next week, 15% of all sales at Wander + Wonder Kids Play Cafe will be donated directly to the Government of Nepal Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. 🇳🇵
These donations will help provide much-needed support and resources to families and communities affected by the devastation and contribute to the long rebuilding process.
Every coffee purchased.
