There’s a big difference between seeing plans on paper and standing inside the walls of what those plans are becoming. 💚
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the GreenState Credit Union leadership team for a special tour of the GreenState Millard Activity Center.
It was a hot Nebraska day, but an exciting one. The structure is up, interior work is underway, and we’ve reached that point in construction when we’re no longer counting how many days we’ve been building - we’re starting to count down to opening.
For our team, visits like this are especially meaningful. Every sponsor who chooses to invest in this project reminds us why we’re building it in the first place: to create something truly unique for our students, families and community.
And this is so much more than a sports facility. The GreenState Millard Activity Center brings together athletics, academics, innovation and hands-on learning - all under one roof. From the sports courts to academic spaces, students will have opportunities to learn, create, collaborate and grow.
We’re incredibly grateful to GreenState Credit Union not only for putting their name on this facility, but for believing in the vision behind it and investing in the future of Millard students.
And a huge thank-you to our construction partners, Sampson Construction, Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, BCDM Architects, and Lamp Rynearson, for helping to bring this vision to life. Watching the progress happen right on schedule and seeing these spaces transform week by week makes the countdown to opening even more exciting.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back when the doors officially open and to show our partners what their support helped make possible. 💚
