🏫 🔪 🧑🏼‍🍳 SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL IS NOW IN SESSION 👨🏽‍🍳 🍴 🍅

We have launched our first Summer Cooking School!

We are taking our cooking classes to the next level! After attending Kendall College in Chicago, I have being constantly inspired by places like Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, Stone Barns in New York, and Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. These are the blueprints for what Heirloom is becoming.

I am excited to share that we are launching three more formal, in depth summer cooking classes for the first time, with our very own Heirloom Summer Cooking School. Join us for Chicken and Beef Butchery, Cook the Farmer’s Market, and Coastal Summer Classics on Saturdays this summer.

We are also offering my favorite heritage summer classes with trips to my favorite warm climates to inspire your own summer party menus.

Before we opened Heirloom Market & Café, Friday oysters were kind of our thing. If we weren’t off catering an event, date night usually meant oysters, bubbles, and taking a little time to slow down at the end of the week. It became a ritual we loved.

So many of our loyal guests have asked us to bring it back, and we’re excited to finally say… it’s back. 🦪🥂✨

Join us for the first Summer Fridays: Oysters, Cocktails, Snacks & Bubbles this Friday from 5–7pm. Expect oysters on ice, dirty martinis, seasonal cocktails, snacks, bubbles, and all the good Friday energy.

Walk-ins are welcome, but seating is limited and reservations are the best way to guarantee your spot. Reservation deposits are applied toward your bill.
