It has been such a profound heartfelt experience leading Phase One of 'Little Hearts, Big Roots.' This project is about building a bridge between my two homes:
🎨 I arrived with 'Response Art' created by the children of Pine Elementary in Omaha, which inspired the incredible workshops we held here with the children of Carlentini at Istituto Carlo V and Istituto Pirandello❣️
🇮🇹 Now, I am heading back to Omaha carrying the beautiful art created by the kids here, which will serve as the inspiration for the workshops and the new murals at Pine Elementary❣️
🇺🇸 I’ll be back in Carlentini in September to finalize the murals here with the schools, completing this circle of connection and creativity.
