Prepping the piano for next week’s (4/5) concert at the Lied Center by the Lincoln Symphony Orchestra, where Dr. Mark Clinton will join them to close out the evening with a performance of Brahms’ 1st Piano Concerto.
I’ve gotten to know this piano quite well over the last 5 and a half years. It’s always been a lovely piano, but this is by far the best it’s been since I’ve been here. To quote Dr. Clinton: “I’ve played lots of good pianos, and some great ones. It’s rare I play one that truly inspires me. This one has some magic now.”
