We have filled our seating for the January film production training class. If you are interested in getting a great introduction class into the world of film production, we are booking seats for February and March film production training. Hands-On Class (Hands-on equipment training involves using the
equipment and performing in the film roles on the set to shoot a scene using real local actors. Hands-on equipment training includes: Configuration and operation of digital cinema camera to get scene coverage on the set. Using film tools for correct focus and exposure on the set. Recording, viewing, and storage
of video and audio data on the set. Selecting, attaching, and handling lenses on the set. Selecting, staging, and configuring lighting for cinema use on the set. Configuration and operation of field recording equipment and microphones on the set. Blocking and rehearsing actors on the film set.)
Post Production Class (Editing Intro, Editing Software, Editing
Platforms, Editing Cuts, Editing Workflow, Editing Approach, Editing - File Organization, Editing - Configuration, Editing - Using CS5, Editing - Sync, Editing Timeline, Editing - Film Look, Applying Effects, Color Grading, Editing - After Effects, Editing - End Titles, Editing - Crawling Titles, Editing - Sound Editing, Editing - Sound, Editing - ADR, Editing - Score, Editing -

We also reach out to local filmmakers who are shooting films locally to get students time on a real shoot. For this class, I am working on getting our students access to a local filmmaker making a documentary film.
