OEAA voting is officially in the home stretch! 🎭🏆

We’re incredibly proud to have Ctrl+Alt+Script, Cassidy Croft and the Lost Treasure of Jesse James, The Great Plains Business Compadre: Christmas Jamboree 2025 and Future Imperfekt representing The Florentine Players across so many categories this year. A huge thank you to every actor, director, designer, musician, crew member, and volunteer whose work made these productions possible. ❤️

And that’s a wrap on Ctrl+Alt+Script! ❤️🎭

A huge thank you to our incredible cast, crew, production team, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this show such a success. From the people onstage to the many hands working behind the scenes, this production truly took a village, and we’re so grateful to everyone who was part of it. And of course, thank you to every audience member who came out, laughed with us, and supported live theatre at Florence.

ROSEWOOD COMMUNITY THEATRE CAST ANNOUNCEMENT

Keith Becker (DIRECTOR) - Keith is excited to present to the audiences of Rosewood Community Theatre *THE* lost Gregory Percival Throckmorton play: The Algorithm's Lament! He has been a playwright for several years now, writing cult classics that everyone totally remembers, such as Winter Hibernation, Stay in St. Louis Far Away From Me, One Tundra Villa, The Irrelevance of Being Adequate, and his best works yet like the symbolic importance of The Play of Enlightenment and the hit musical Dogs. However, he claims The Algorithm's Lament to be his most daring and daunting challenge yet as he tackles the lost sacred text as the director, and he hopes to finally make his mark in the theatre space! Fun fact: His cousin was recently part of a show as a light/sound guy for a show at a drama society, something about a murder mystery gone wrong.

ROSEWOOD COMMUNITY THEATRE CAST ANNOUNCEMENT

Pam Hargrove (STAGE MANAGER) - Pam has been the resident stage manager at the Rosewood Community Theater for more years than she will admit to. She is the only person who knows how to get anything done, operate and repair any of the out-dated and one-of-a-kind fixtures in this rat-hole cess pool dump vintage theater, and she is literally the only one who knows where all the skeletons are buried (a useful fact to keep actors in line). She would like to say that she is utterly delighted to be once again shepherding a d***y clueless mixed up new director through the process of bringing their play to the stage, but as a Veteran Canine Handler with multiple US Army Military Police Brigades, she refuses to lie. Pam currently supervises training at the Black and Tan Canine School. She lives with her buddies, Purdy and Nyxon, both retired Military Working Dogs. Favorite quote- “You better be talking about my dogs.”
