Big 5!!! Happy Birthday to our Kinsley Rose! 🌹 Oh the growth! From 3yrs old to being chosen out of 18 girls to prepare for her first competition! We see a future J-Sette in the making! 🎉❤️🎉❤️ Happy Birthday Sweetie Pie! 💃🏽

So proud of our IHBD dancers! 🥹🥰❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 They did such a great job during their first performance this year! Their confidence as BEAUTIFUL, BLACK, BOLD, and BRILLIANT young ladies shined through today!

Giving back and serving is rooted in our program. Seeing the residents at Florence Home light up and verbally express their gratitude for us being there to entertain them and sow words of affirmation letting them know that they are seen, loved, special, and not forgotten is going to carry them through another day! If you could see our view it was beautiful to see them dance, clap, and cheer!

Today we celebrate National Women Coaches Day and the women who lead, mentor, and inspire the next generation of athletes. 🏀✨

While girls’ participation in sports has grown since Title IX, women remain underrepresented in coaching. Only 41% of NCAA women’s teams are led by women. At the youth level, just 26% of girls’ teams have women coaches.

Representation matters — on the sidelines, too. That’s why we’re especially proud of the following women coaches in the EPIC ecosystem, the leaders who are shaping confidence, creating opportunity, and changing the game for girls every day. 💜

Day 1 of training camp is complete! ❤️💃🏽 It’s only Day 1 and we are so impressed and absolutely love Coach Lorenzo Tyrone Bass ! 🙌🏼 Coach Ty is giving us all of the Mississippi feels! From choreo, to training, to his words of wisdom! We are loving every minute of it! Preparing for our first comp!
