Join us this Sunday for The Sunday Practice with Katie Hupp and another Grateful Gathering: We Are Always Aging — Age Gratefully.

Katie will invite us to consider how reframing what it means to age might also reframe what it means to live gratefully. Rather than treating aging as something to resist, fix, or overcome, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we meet it with greater openness, curiosity, and appreciation.

Our August Sunday Practice schedule is here!

Join us this Sunday, August 2, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. for Yoga Nidra & Sound with Tracy Astorino. After class, we’ll share refreshments and celebrate three years of Flatwater Collective serving the Omaha-area community. We’re deeply grateful for everyone who has practiced, taught, volunteered, supported, and grown alongside us.

We’re also excited to welcome Janie Helt to Flatwater for the first time on August 9 to guide a Mindful Garden Walk.

The Sunday Practice is freely offered each week. Come as you are and join us for practice, connection, and community.
