By this point in time I typically have all of my holiday shopping nearing an end & typically I am able to adopt other families & donate gifts all over the city. This year I am barely able to provide gifts for the kiddos in my family.

I am working in regaining my art studio from collected clutter.... I have piles of things I've made that need gone-zo!

*Long rambling post warning*

I want to start off by thanking everyone in this space for helping support me in many ways over the years! Through art, and the art community, I have gained the ability to make ends meet while doing things I enjoy, I have received generous encouragement, endless compliments which translate into confidence, I have been gifted such beautiful things, received such beautiful cards containing the most thoughtful words, I have established new connections, I have been met with patience as I navigate life's challenges & triumphs.
Because of all of this I have been growing.... blossoming.... awakening.
I have been on a long hiatus from this space and many others while I continue to navigate this journey of healing and of growth.

I want to remind everyone of the power within each of you to empower others! Small gestures can go such a long way. Never underestimate the impact empathy, compassion, & kindness can make. I appreciate every drop of it offered to me. 🙏 I am missing the presence of my art community and making it a personal priority to become more involved again.

I have been officially leaning back into creating more. I have high hopes I'll be able to obtain the "free" time to spend arting 💓 opening up to receiving that time!
