It’s been a year since we “eloped” 🥰 — which gives me a socially acceptable excuse to reshare our wedding photos, right? 🤪

Thanks again to our amazing parents for coming to support us and to our incredible photographer, Kalen, for capturing the most special moments of the day!

I’m a few days late, but better late than never 🙃

PS. We just got back from the most spectacular honeymoon in Portugal and the Azores, so stay tuned for photos soon 🤗

Ok… I have to admit… I forgot how much all the flowers help compete with the dreary skies here in the northeast!

Also, sorry for the radio silence, but some exciting things are coming down the pipeline… including my belated honeymoon 🙃

I am SO grateful for everyone at the and everyone else who came to celebrate the Bridge of Joy photo contest winners! With an extra big thank you to the judges for rewarding me with an Honorable Mention for my photo, “Precarious Strength” (that apparently JUST barely lost to the third runner up 🥴) 🙏😇

Clearly my love of spans literal continents, but I couldn’t be more happy to have some “in my hometown” for the first time – and it must have shown through my photos 🤗

So I promised myself that I wouldn’t “betray” a loved one by going to Fenway Park/a Red Sox game (she’s a die hard Yankees fan)… but when two unbelievably cool/free/unexpected/once-in-a-lifetime opportunities present themselves, it would be insane to say no😅

Thank you to for giving my husband and I the incredible opportunity to stand on the field in the middle of a blizzard, and to whoever donated front row tickets to military service members and their spouses last weekend 🙏😇 It was so cool to sit in the front row behind first base, we are truly grateful!

Busy working on finishing my largest stretched painting I’ve ever worked on… I absolutely cannot wait to share it with everyone when it’s done 🤗

And yes, it is almost as tall as I am (any taller and it wouldn’t fit down the stairs of my tiny stairwell in my traditional/old Boston home 😅)

Next up in my new “Allergen Series” is “Activation Threshold”, my painting of a cluster of Lily pollen (inspired by my own SEM photography). While it may not be my personal favorite of the bunch, it plays a rather critical role within the series as a whole!

I’ve never considered photography to be “my thing,” so I honestly can’t say how shocked and honored I am to have received an Honorable Mention from the jury for the Bridge of Joy Photo Contest 🙏🤯

I have a feeling that my love and admiration for and their work, really shined through my lens 🤗

Also, this is the reason why you should always “go for it” no matter how much of a long-shot you think you’re making – you truly never know unless you try!

P.S. I guess it was worth the near frostbite from the below 0° windchill that day 😅
