School’s out, imaginations are on, and we couldn’t be more excited to share that our resident artists — Asha MacDonald, Crystal Moore, and Becky Bump — are ready to make this summer unforgettable for your young creators!
Our summertime art class curriculums are now available online at www.thecarpenters.house, making it easy to find the perfect creative adventure for your child during break. From painting and drawing to hands-on artistic exploration, there’s something for every budding artist to discover.
And parents, we’ve thought of you too! ☕ While your little ones are busy creating masterpieces, stop by Campers Coffee and enjoy a handcrafted coffee, specialty drink, and a sweet treat from Wagner’s Bakery. There’s nothing quite like pairing a fresh pastry with a great cup of coffee while your child explores their creativity.
Need a little fresh air? Take a relaxing lap around Capitol Lake at Heritage Park, enjoy the waterfront views, and soak in a little peace and quiet while your child is learning, creating, and making new friends.

This reel is a celebration of the artists who make The Carpenters House such a vibrant and inspiring creative community. What a great day at The Carpenter’s House!
We were joined by house artists Crystal Moore and Becky Bump, and as always, it’s a joy when our creative family gathers to connect, dream, and make plans for what’s ahead.
Today we took a stroll down to the Olympia Farmers Market to say hello, represent the gallery, and share the exciting news about our upcoming summer classes. We’re packing the summer schedule with creative opportunities for kids on break—giving young artists a place to explore, create, and have fun while parents enjoy a little well-deserved downtime.
And there’s more to look forward to! We’ll have coffee from Campers Coffee, delicious baked goods from Wagner’s, and some refreshing cold treats coming soon.
Summer is shaping up to be something special at The Carpenter’s House, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you.

The Carpenter’s House is proud to introduce our house artists Asha Macdonald, Crystal Moore, and Becky Bump and their summer curriculums just in time for your kiddo’s summer break. We also have so many new things for the parents while they are here allowing them to have a care free creative space while their kiddo’s are submerged in their own activities.
