Due to a difference in opinion on how to reach the Olympia community, Kool Hand Karaoke will no longer be operating at Jake's on 4th in downtown Olympia.
We were thrilled to have been able to offer a welcoming karaoke space for all identities for the time we had there. We have always supported and continue to support Dryte who made our short endeavor possible. She is still an amazing ally for the downtown community, in spite of other individuals that prevented the real dream from being achieved. For now, the future of Dance-a-Roke is unknown.
With that, we'll still be regulars downtown, and if anyone knows of a welcoming space that needs a regular karaoke event, we'd be thrilled to explore a new venue that has the community in mind. You can also book us for karaoke or sound at your next private event. DM for details.
