Celebrate the Start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup with the Puyallup Tribe!

Join the Puyallup Tribe as they kick off the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a day of celebration, culture, and community. This vibrant event invites neighbors, youth, and partners to come together in a grand celebration that honors tradition and welcomes visitors from around the globe.

Community Parade
The festivities begin with a community parade, a lively procession that brings together people from all walks of life. The parade will travel down Portland Avenue, starting at 38th Street. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with the community and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Start Time: 7:45 p.m.
Parade Start Location: 38th St. and Portland AVE.

Traditional Welcoming Ceremony
The parade will culminate at the Puyallup Tribe of Indians’ Headquarters, where the Tribal community will host a traditional Welcoming Ceremony. This ceremony will feature the sharing of a Lushootseed traditional narrative, providing a unique cultural experience to mark this historic moment.

Fireworks Display
Concluding the evening's events, a spectacular fireworks display will light up the sky. Visible from the Puyallup Tribal Administration front lawn, the display promises to be a dazzling welcome for visitors from around the world.

Our venue will be open both Saturday and Sunday, giving you the perfect opportunity to explore what we have to offer. Whether you're interested in venue rentals, summer camps, preschool classes, or just curious about our new space, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday, June 13th: 10 AM - 7 PM

Raffles: Participate in exciting raffles for parties, party addons, and more!

It promises to be an extraordinary event celebrating the vibrant gardening culture of the Pacific Northwest. This year's festival offers a diverse range of activities and attractions, designed to engage and inspire attendees of all ages.

Bring the family along for a magical experience in the Children's Wonder and Grow Garden. From 12 PM to 2 PM, the enchanting Winter Queen and Summer Princess will be available for photos, creating unforgettable memories for children and adults alike.
