Calling all 4-H members, FFA chapters, and Fair volunteers! We want YOU to walk with us, represent the fair community, and help build excitement for the upcoming 2026 Thurston County Fair!

We’ll be walking alongside the famous cow van and celebrating America’s 250th birthday with Colonel Beaks!

📅 When: Saturday, June 27th
📍 Where: Meet in the Yelm Cinemas Theater parking lot
⏰ Timeline: Walkers must arrive no later than 8:30 AM. The parade kicks off at 9:00 AM

The Thurston County 4-H Horse Department is hosting their Annual Tack Sale right here at the fairgrounds! Come out to shop and support our local 4-H youth.

The deadline is almost here! You have until May 31st to drop off your scrap at the Thurston County Fairgrounds to support our local 4-H youth.

🚛 What to bring:
Appliances: Washers, dryers, & microwaves.

Auto: Batteries, rims, & engines.

Household: Grills, bikes, & metal frames.

Misc: Copper, brass, & Christmas lights.
