Last night was the first read through of THE LUNA SISTERS OF ELEMENT! ✨ It is always so inspiring to hear it come to life for the first time, especially a new play like this one!

The Luna Sisters of Element is more than a play, it is a brand new story created by artists in our own Oly community. Written locally by O. Salazar de Breaux & Katherine Trahan, brought to life onstage with Director Angel Ramirez and original music written by musician Anjali Silva Marron and live accompaniment, this magical adventure celebrates family, sisterhood, Día de los Mu***os, and the power of finding your people.

✨IT IS AUDITION DAY #1 For the Luna Sisters of Element! 🌙Today we begin the journey of bringing this brand new play to the stage! We are excited to welcome actors into the room and start discovering the people who will bring this family and this magical world to life. 💫

Our annual 24 hour one act play festival TALES TOLD IN TEN returns Saturday Sep 26, the first event of our 20th season!

A company of local actors, playwrights, directors, designers and technicians have only ONE DAY to write, rehearse and produce 6 new one act plays! 💛🌻

This year we have two shows ON ONE NIGHT ONLY at 7pm & 9pm 🌙 Come see this celebration of theater collaboration and get your tickets at olyft.org or at the box office the night of the event ✨

Two casts! Three summer camps! And two weeks of making Ride the Cyclone together!

We are so proud of the incredible young theater makers who are pouring their energy and hearts into this production. And a huge thank you to our FANTASTIC Teaching Artists for guiding and supporting them along the way 💛

We are looking for performers to help bring this magical new story to life as the opening production of our 20th Season!

Auditions will take place:
Sunday, August 23 - 2pm-4pm
OR
Monday, August 24 - 6pm-8pm

No preparation is necessary! We’ll have sides available for you to read at auditions.

This beautiful new play, set during Día de los Mu***os, is a heartfelt story of four sisters, elemental magic, family and finding strength and hope in one another when all feels lost. 🌊🔥🌬️🌻
