White Oak Events, LLC Welcome to White Oak Events! We are an event venue located just outside the town of Olney, Illinois.

Our beautifully renovated event barn contains a full kitchen, dining space, full bath, and cozy sleeping loft - great for gatherings of many kinds!

Kenzie Hartsey's baby shower was full of the things a mama-to-be craves, including comfy pajama-wear, her favorite snacks, and her favorite drink (Dr. Pepper!). It also had her favorite people there, including her three friends who are also mamas-to-be! We are wishing you all the best on your journey into motherhood. Who knew you could have THIS much fun in one weekend?! This creative bride named Paige had a *brilliant* idea to take over our event barn for the ultimate back-to-back bridal party weekend: a bachelorette sleepover party followed by her bridal shower the next day! These pictures are from the shower event, and we have to say, these ladies look terrific considering how late they stayed up the night before! 😴😆😍

We wish Paige and her delightful group of ladies even more wonderful memories to come as they prep for the wedding. Thank you for sharing so much special time with us!

We kept ourselves busy last week in the barn with FOUR events, including two gorgeous showers (one baby, one bridal), a business meeting, and a 100th birthday party (yes, 💯🎉)!!!

It was a busy weekend hosting four events in the barn --and we need to pause and say how honored we feel that two of these events were celebrations of the lives of two beautiful individuals. Our deepest sympathies go out to the families of Dan Eagleson (hugs ❤ to Casto Eagleson) and Amber Dawn Hagen (❤️ Hagen). May their memories be blessed!
