If you’ve been wanting to try a PPT class this is the perfect time! Join our yoga instructors this Sunday for a vinyasa flow!

Just bring a friend and a mat! Feel free to ask our instructors questions about their classes, talk about your goals, and anything else you have in mind when it comes to your fitness journey.
