AFTER 3 YEARS & 58 COURTS -- WE'RE READY TO TALK ABOUT WHAT COMES NEXT! Hey TBPB Family -- Eric here.
Over the last three and 1/2 years, our Family has built something we're genuinely proud of — 58 courts across five markets, thousands of players introduced to this game, and communities in Tampa, Lakeland, Savannah, Greenville and Atlanta that we love deeply.
Our family has built the foundation — and we're actively thinking through what the next chapter requires. It may call for a different kind of thinking, different resources, and potentially some new partners around the table.
With that in mind, we're quietly exploring two paths:
1. Bringing in the right partner or investor who shares our vision and wants to help us build this properly — with the team, the capital, and the infrastructure to do it at scale.
2. Selling one or more of our facilities to the right person or group — someone who has always wanted to own their own business, build a community around a sport they love, and create something meaningful. Whether that means partnering with us and carrying our brand forward, or stepping fully into ownership and building something entirely your own — we're open to the conversation.
Here's what we have across our portfolio:
🎾 Oldsmar / Tampa — 6 Courts + potential to add additional outdoor or indoor Padel & Pickleball Courts (actively exploring)
🎾 Lakeland — 7 Courts
🎾 Savannah — 8 Courts + a 26-Court contract with Chatham County Parks (a rare government-backed opportunity)
🎾 Greenville — 9 Courts, 2 miles from downtown
🎾 Atlanta — 2 Courts (low-capital proof of concept, great market)
We're open to discussing any facility individually, combining locations into a single acquisition, or bringing in a partner to help us grow the whole platform properly. Every conversation is welcome.
We're simply trying to think through the next steps properly. But we know this community is full of incredible people — and sometimes the right conversation starts in the most unexpected place.
