Today I made a new pizza and got some great feedback from it, so im going to have it available again for lunch tomorrow.
Meet the BBQ Bacon Cheddar.
Try it out and let me know what you think.
Also, we have a new pepperoni hot honey pizza that we have been making for slices, so try that out as well.

I want to thank everyone that supported the Adirondack Pizzeria this summer season.

It was a miracle we managed to get our doors open in such a short time in the middle of summer.
We opened in 2 weeks from the day we made the decision to try to open ( i was working a 2 week notice as i was trying to get everything started).
There was so much work that went into it in such a short time.

Today was Jack's last day working at the pizzeria, and I would like to thank him for his help and guidance in continuing the same pizza and Wings he created and served for over 40 years.

As of now, we are taking a short break to recharge and regroup.
We will be back open on Thursday, September 11th.
For the remainder of the season, we will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
All other days we will be open from 11:30 to 8pm with our usual lunch break from 2:30 to 4:30.
We plan to stay open until the end of October.
If there are any changes, I'll update you here.

Again, thank you to everyone for supporting and being patient with us. You are all appreciated.

So, we sold out of pizza again tonight by about 7:30.
Friday we completely sold out, and Saturday we had about 8 pizzas left by the end of the night.
We sold every pan that we had, 6-cut and 12-cut.
Thank you to everyone that came to us for dinner this past weekend.

Hey everyone.
This is the new official page of the Adirondack Pizzeria. Check in here for updates.

Currently we are closed on Wednesday and open at 4:30 for dinner on Thursday (except for Thursday july 31st we are open at 11:30 for lunch).
All other days we are open at 11:30am to 2:30pm then re-open for dinner at 4:30pm to 9pm.

All of the original recipies are back and here to stay.
