One more from this past weekend.. 💖📸

Kayla's Bat Mitzvah was nothing short of incredible!

Surrounded by family, friends, and everyone who means so much to her, it was a night filled with laughter, smiles, memories, and plenty of partying!

And because we always like to keep it real… 😂 Nothing like the remnants of a hurricane rolling through during an event, along with a couple of technical hiccups, to keep us on our toes! 🌧️📸

But as always, the show must go on!

A HUGE thank you to all the wonderful guests for their kindness, patience, and understanding while we worked through everything. We made sure everyone walked away with their photos, smiles, and memories to take home — because that's what it's all about! ❤️

Rain or shine, a few bumps along the way won't stop us from making memories and keeping the party going! 🙌✨

We were truly honored to be a small part of such a special celebration!

🤍 FROM THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY TO THE WEDDING DAY! 💍🥂

Last September, we had the pleasure of being part of Brooke & Patrick’s engagement celebration, and today we were so happy to be a small part of another beautiful milestone — their wedding day!🤍

This time, we had the honor of creating their custom mirror seating chart at the beautiful Farmhouse venue.

And even though Mother Nature brought a little rain, nothing could take away from how beautiful and special this day was! ☔️💕 After all, a little rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck!

Brooke & Patrick, thank you for allowing Vivid Pix to be part of your journey, from celebrating your engagement to watching you begin your next chapter as husband and wife.

✨ JUST OVER A WEEK OF SETUPS… 🎈📸

From corporate events to Sweet 16s, milestone celebrations and backyard parties — this week had a little bit of everything!

Behind the scenes? 😂 Coffee, chaos, early mornings, late nights, paint disasters, weather changes, loading, unloading and a whole lot of laughs.

But the finished product? That’s where the chaos ends. 🙌

Our clients hire us for professional event décor, and that’s exactly what we bring. Whether it’s a smaller backyard setup or a full-scale event, our goal is always the same: polished, intentional and professionally finished — never “thrown together.” ✨

Different parties. Different budgets. Different visions.

One crazy week down… and somehow, we’re ready to do it all over again. 😂🎈

⚽ THE REVEAL IS HERE! 🎉

Nobody guessed exactly what we were making 😂, but Kate came the closest with a SPORTS THEME, so congratulations, Kate! 🎈 You win the free Grab & Go Balloon Garland or Birthday Pillar!

Now for the reveal… because THIS setup has officially been a SAGA.😂

It started as a Ronaldo-inspired soccer party… ⚽

Then a nor’easter postponed the party an entire week. 🌧️💨

Then came THE RED PAINT DISASTER — on the porch, on ME… basically everywhere it wasn't supposed to be. 😂🎨

Fast forward to today. The setup is DONE. Everything is up. We’re ready to go…

And the birthday boy looks at it and says… WRONG TEAM. 😳⚽

After mockups, planning and all of us somehow missing it, we realized Ronaldo and Barcelona were TOTALLY WRONG. 🤦‍♀️😂

So what did we do?

Raced home ➡️ remade the decals for jersey with ISMAIL #8 ➡️ raced back ➡️ swapped it out… ALL BEFORE THE GUESTS ARRIVED. 🙌🔥

And somehow, after a nor’easter, a paint explosion, a rescheduled party AND a last-minute redesign…

WE SAVED THE DAY! 🔴🔵⚽

Happy 8th Birthday, Ismail! 🎉🏆

Sometimes you just have to roll with the chaos… because the final reveal was absolutely worth it. ❤️
