2025 Spring Concert in The Brock Gym at the HS May 5th at 6 pm.

Please have all students at the HS Band Room at 5:30. Please have students were nice cloths for the concert. All of our student at both sites have worked extremely hard and can't wait to perform for you and the community.

Hey Everybody,

Here is the schedule for the Eufaula Contest

12:30- Arrive at Band Room and Load (Uniforms, Instruments)

1:00- Leave for Eufaula High School

2:00- arrive at Eufaula High School

2-3- Change/get ready for Performance

3:25- Warm-up

3:45- Perform

4:00-4:15- Change and load

5:15- Arrive back at Band Room.

Please make sure they eat a good lunch as we will not be providing one for them. They all have worked hard for this contest and will do a great job.

April 22-24- OSSAA State Solo and Ensemble Contest- OSU Stillwater

April 26th- Eufaula Concert Contest

May 3rd- Alternative Date for Poker Run Fundraiser ?

All the games start at 6 pm. So we will have the kids get here at 5:15 pm practice and head over to Brock. Thank You

4:00-4:55- Band Room Closed

5:00 pm- Band Reopens

5:15- HS Students report for concert and last minute instructions

5:30- Dunbar Band Students gather in Band Room for last minute instructions and to line-up for concert

5:45- Dunbar Beginning Band Students transition to stage (Advanced Band and HS Band Students will already be in Brock seated)

5:50- Dunbar Beginning Band Warm-up on stage

5:55- Preconcert instructions for audience

6:00 pm- 2024 Winter Band Concert featuring The Showpiece of Okmulgee and The Dunbar Bands
