WERK also known as The WERKshop OKC, originated as an audition prep company, focusing on the entire dance team audition process for high school, collegiate and pro (NBA/NFL/NHL) auditions. and even Canada for their dream dance teams! Owners LT & Shonna noticed a need to create an inclusive environment that cultivates a community of confident, inspired, and bold adult dancers. In October 2019, we launched our sister concept WERK & UnWINEd. This all-levels dance experience is geared towards participants ages 21 and up. Our focus is empowerment, body positivity, health/wellness and confidence! Our goal is to continue to provide Oklahoma City with creative dance experiences and concepts rooted in empowerment, positivity and unity.
