allow me to reintroduce myself 🌺🤍🪽 my name is Liliana Provencial, and i am a self-published poetry and short story author ✍🏼 but, more importantly, i’m a 26 year old mom to my 2 year old daughter and a military spouse of 4 years! i was born and raised in Northwest Florida, and now currently reside in Oklahoma City. i also own 2 additional businesses - graphic design / illustration and cosmetic crafting - so i keep myself pretty busy 🥰

my debut poetry book, THE FEMALE CONDITION: A Journey Through Womanhood 🩷, is a time capsule of all the poetry i wrote from the ages of 15 to 25. over a decade of my womanhood journey written within its pages, and also featuring my own illustrations. every healing and every heartbreak i’ve endured thus far can be found in this book; raw, deep, and hopeful 🌷 i will be launching my second book later this year, so make sure to subscribe to my email newsletter on my website to stay updated 💌 and i share some extra writings right here on Instagram that don’t make it into my books, which has been an absolute joy to do!

i write for the child within me, the woman i am today, the woman i hope my daughter grows up to be, and the women all around me who have shaped me and guided me through everything that life has taken me through so far 🤍 2 of my goals are to leave behind a legacy that my daughter can look up to someday and say to herself “I can do that, too!”, and to inspire you to share your story and your heart with the world in whatever way you decide - just like i have with my writing.

thank you for being here and for all of your support towards this venture and this legacy that i am working to build. i hope you feel safe, seen, and inspired by my writing and my journey 🫶🏼

day 30/30 of freestyle typewriting poems for - we did it!!! 🎉✨🤍 this poem is my virtual hug & thank you to all of you for following along and supporting my writing journey, i’ve been loving getting to share my heart and soul with all of you! poetry has been an integral part of my life that, for a long time, i’ve only been writing for myself, but am now choosing to share out loud. it’s a vulnerable and imperfect process, but truly wonderful and fulfilling 🌷💐

day 28/30 of freestyle typewriting poems for 🤍 my trauma has been weighing heavily on my mind the last few days, and this poem is my interpretation of how it feels to still be wounded by it regardless of how much time has passed ❤️‍🩹 sexual trauma has stayed with me, and most of time i feel numb to it and even find a way to smile through it somehow, but it’s still something that pains me from time to time and still debilitates me in many aspects. if you’ve suffered from trauma, consider this my form of solidarity with you 🫶🏼
