✨ Meet artist, Moussa Isamotu ✨
Moussa Isamotu is a West African artist born in Côte d’Ivoire, of Burkinabè and Nigerian nationality. He works in pyrography and painting on natural wood surfaces. Creating figures, animals, and fictional characters, he allows the wood grain to guide each composition, embracing expressive and open forms rather than strict realism. For Isamotu, art is a form of therapy — a space for balance, focus, and release. Through the act of burning and painting, he transforms raw wood into visual narratives that explore identity, heritage, and emotional resilience.

✨ Meet artist, Joshua Cook ✨
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Joshua started sculpting with recycled metal, wood, and whatever else he could get his hands on in 2013, while studying art at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Since then, he has exhibited at shows and festivals locally and in other states. The subject matter of his sculptures is primarily animals (particularly insects), but plants and even mythical creatures make an appearance. Joshua creates his sculptures without welding, instead using glues, epoxies, tension, and bolts. They are then hand painted to mimic the subject’s natural coloring, but with a metallic twist.
