Since there is still a good number of people working during the day, I'm going to cancel the Thursday afternoon music bingo sessions. Would you all just prefer I do Tuesday nights only or would you be interested in Tuesday and another night too? If so, which night would you prefer?

I am cancelling this afternoon's session of Music Jackpot Bingo due to the security breach at Zoom. I am currently researching and experimenting with several different platforms to use for this. I want our next session to go smoothly so I want to be up to speed with whatever platform I decide to go with. I will post an update once I decide and will let everybody know how to access the games. Thanks for your patience and hope to have a workable solution soon.

I probably screwed up by publicly giving out the meeting ID & password. So, I'm going to see if I can get it changed before tomorrow's session. If so, I'll send a message that it has been changed. If you request cards, I will send you the login info via email. If If I can't get it changed, I'll probably cancel tomorrow's session and take another look at the WebEx platform for next Tuesday.

I want to thank everybody that joined in for Music Jackpot Bingo last night. I hope you all had a good time despite not being able to see all of the comments. I know that was problematic. It is a Facebook issue and not anything I can do to fix it. I have been experimenting with some alternatives and believe the best options are video conferencing programs Zoom or WebEx. Since it seems like everybody is using Zoom lately, we'll try it first. The down side is that the free, Basic plan has a 40 minute time limit. Since we are still in Test Mode and time will be of the essence, we will only play 2 games tomorrow night and they will still be Free with no Jackpot game. I will also shorten the length of the music clips. If everybody likes the format, I will purchase a paid plan that has no time limit. We can then go to 3 games and begin the Jackpot games.

Here is what you need to do:
Go to this link https://form.jotform.com/200844631118146 and order your cards for the games prior to 2 pm (CST).
Once you receive the cards via email, print them.
Download the Zoom program or app to your laptop or phone.
Sign up for a free account.
Allow the program to use your microphone, video is optional but preferred.
Login at 4 pm (CST) and join a meeting.
