Good morning, high school families,
Good news! Uniform fittings were completed during class time in the last week, so students are NOT required to attend after-school fittings. All uniforms are currently being prepped for students to take home, but all students are required to pay their $20 uniform rental fee by THIS Friday, September 4th. Payment can be accepted via cash or check made out to the Carl Albert Orchestra Boosters. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Meaders via email at [email protected].

6th Grade Families: If your student will get an instrument from our music store partner, please see the attached form for pricing and online registration. Please scan the QR code and fill out the registration in advance so our rental process can go as quickly as possible. Students renting from the school do NOT fill out this registration form. Hey Titan String families! Hope your summer has been AMAZING!!

Next week, we will have our uniform fittings for incoming freshmen (9th graders) at the same time as schedule pickup! REMINDER!

The spring orchestra concert is on Thursday, May 7th at 7:00 pm in the CAHS Performing Arts Center. All orchestra students in grades 6-12 must be in uniform and ready to play at the Carl Albert High School Auditorium by 5:45 pm. Uniforms for middle school students are school-provided polo, black dress pants or floor-length black skirts, and all-black dress shoes with black socks. The uniform for high school students is a school-provided gown or tuxedo with black dress shoes.
This concert is worth a 300-point test grade and is required for all orchestra students to attend THE ENTIRE CONCERT. You may not leave after your group performs. ALL ORCHESTRA STUDENTS GRADE 6-12 MUST SIGN IN AND OUT OF THE CONCERT FOR FULL CREDIT. All middle school students are responsible for transporting their instruments back to CAMS after the concert.
