I'm back from vacation!
Check out this xenomorph tattoo that I got to do!

When a client of mine hit me up for this, I was absolutely ecstatic! Her only request was a specific head for the alien. If you're not familiar with the Alien series, xenomorphs are different based their prey & their role in the hive.

My client was also open to the piece having touches of color, so with the placement of this I threw in some colors that would compliment it. Her jackalope was also done by me, & was her first tattoo. I love how it's healed up as well!

I got to design this piece for my client, who is currently going through an amazing transformation in her life. I took her reference images, & gave her something that would be different but still have a similar look.

Thank you to my client for the trust with this, & sitting like an absolute queen for her first big piece.

A little kickstart to a big project.

It didn't take long to find my footing & settle in on this back-to-back session. This is just the start to what will eventually be a full sleeve, as well as a cover-up of what's currently on his forearm.

There's always a bit of nervousness that comes with taking on a larger project, but I'm truly proud of myself for this one. I'm excited to see my client for our next session, to assess my work, & see where I can improve & grow as an artist.
