New work from Hal Price has arrived at Poppies, and it is pure Ojai nostalgia. 🍊🌄

Hal’s latest pieces celebrate some of the places and details that make our town so special—from Pixie tangerines and the Topatopa Mountains glowing at sunset to the Ojai Library and the iconic Post Office tower.

With their bold vintage-travel-poster style, warm California colors, and unmistakably local subject matter, these pieces make wonderful gifts for Ojai lovers, former residents, visitors, or anyone who wants to bring a little piece of the valley home.

Michele Carroll of Sol Stitched Art has a fabulous new spot inside Poppies, and we are loving the energy she brought into the space.

Her work is eclectic, expressive, funny, heartfelt, and unmistakably original — featuring everything from vintage-inspired designs and beadwork to bold statement pieces, fun magnets, and jewelry with serious personality.

Michele is also a big supporter of the local creative community, helping organize art markets and showing up for causes she believes in. Her new display feels like an extension of that same vibrant spirit.
