We are so excited about the alchemy that will soon be created when we gather cultural historians, artists, ecologists, herbalists, wellness practitioners, open hearted humans, and earthen musicians to the sacred land for an activating weekend of deep listening, natural wonder and self discovery.

As we finalize the programming for the HumanNATURE Campout coming up in…8 days, the summer solstice weather looks to be a beautiful mid 70’s 🌞⛰️🌞 So time to finalize your plans to join us next wknd! And bring a tent to allow yourself to be fully immersed in nature’s healing energy.
There are still a few spots left in the educational workshops for campers who choose the 1 night or 2 night options. Not too mention Pinhole coffee, Pinyon meals, Show Pony Meals and more ojai deliciousness!
We wanted to profile a few of our workshops….since we’ve already profiled Elena Rios’s Nature Immersion and ceremonial closing prayer dance in our last post!
Sunday starts with Paige Emery, fresh off of solo exhibits at the Getty Center, and Descanso Gardens, teaching us about working with native plants and cultivating a deeper relationship with the land we live on with ecological consciousness. She will offer tea with medicinal native plants and guide a tea ceremony and meditation to nourish our bodies and deepen our embodied relationship with the plants native to the land. 🌱 Paige Emery
Friday and Saturday features Lindsay Branham PHD who is an environmental psychologist exploring how we build deeper, more reciprocal relationships with nature. Through her workshop Erotic Ecology and kinship with trees, she invites us to go beyond simply spending time outside and consider what it might look like to truly listen and even communicate with trees. Each camper will receive a complimentary copy of her latest book Heart Wood that shows us what embodied relationship to nature can look like. 🌀 Lindsay Branham
