What an awesome weekend!! Special thank yous to all of you who came out to see Toy Story 5. We were very busy and we appreciated everyone's patience! We look forward to seeing you again either for a second look or for the other great summer family movies that are coming up.

Please note a change to our upcoming releases. We will not be opening Supergirl on the 26th. Instead, we will show Masters of the Universe, June 26-30. We will open Minions & Monsters on July 1.

Due to the schedule juggling, we will have Toy Story 5 for 3 weeks, it will end on July 9. Moana live action will open July 10.

Even if this Pixar series has already passed its peak, this fifth sequel doesn’t shame the franchise thanks to a healthy serving of laughs, sentiment, and celebration of the youthful imagination.

We have had a rash of vandalism with persons stealing fire extinquishers out of the theaters. They are expensive to recharge or replace. I'm not sure why some feel compelled to do this, but it is illegal. Please note the following:

In Iowa, stealing a fire extinguisher is prosecuted under standard theft laws, with penalties determined by the value of the device and your criminal record.
The penalty scale for theft in Iowa under Iowa Code Chapter 714.2 includes the following tiers:
• 5th-Degree Theft (Value under $300): Simple misdemeanor, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and fines between $105 and $855. [1, 2]
• 4th-Degree Theft (Value $300 to $750): Serious misdemeanor, punishable by up to 1 year in jail and fines between $430 and $2,560. [1, 2, 3]

Peabo Bryson sang 3 primary Disney songs, most notably headlining iconic duets for the Disney Renaissance.

The three songs include:
"Beauty and the Beast" (duet with Céline Dion from Beauty and the Beast)

"As Long As There's Christmas" (from Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas)
