She wore a dress made for someone else’s measurements, in another lifetime.

Believed to be from the 1960s, this vintage gown still has its original paper tag and appears to have been custom made for its first owner. Decades later, it found its way into my hands and became part of a new story.

There is something magical about photographing a garment that has already lived a life. We may never know who it was originally made for or where she wore it, but for one quiet moment, it belonged to this little dreamer. 💙

I’m creating an abundant, romantic floral setting for one day only, and I can accept one additional portrait commission while it is available.

This would be beautiful for motherhood, maternity, children, or an individual fine-art portrait.

You’ll receive guidance with wardrobe, styling, and posing, followed by a fully finished portrait created in my signature painterly style.
This is the only remaining opening for August, and it will be released once reserved. A retainer is required to claim it.

MODEL CALL | WEST TEXAS PORTRAIT STUDY
Jeanette Sebolt Fine Art is seeking subjects for a new series of outdoor, fine-art portraits celebrating family, motherhood, childhood and the animals we love.
I am currently casting:
• 2 families
• 3 expectant mothers
• 5 children
• 3 mothers with their children
• 3 pets (owner can be in the portrait)

Selected participants will receive wardrobe and preparation guidance, a short outdoor portrait session in the Midland–Odessa area, and one fully finished social-media-sized digital portrait.

If you are a past model please let me know if you are interested.
A model participation fee applies, and selected participants must sign a model release allowing Jeanette Sebolt Fine Art to display the resulting portraits in its portfolio and marketing.
Matching physical prints and additional finished portraits will be available for purchase, but are not required.

I’m creating an immersive garden-inspired portrait set filled with blush, champagne and ivory florals for an upcoming commission.
While the installation is available, I’m opening two additional portrait appointment for a woman celebrating herself, motherhood or a meaningful birthday milestone. Creative fee is $350; finished artwork is selected separately.

They’re custom, storybook-inspired portraits created to become cards, calendars, artwork, and heirlooms your family can keep long after the season is over.

And behind the scenes, a few autumn and Halloween projects are quietly beginning to take shape. 🕯️

As a thank-you for reserving early, priority access families will receive first choice of holiday availability plus a small studio gift toward their finished holiday artwork.

MODEL CALL — Fine Art Americana Family Portrait

I’m looking for one family to participate in a styled Americana fine art portrait session in the Odessa/Midland area.

This session will be vintage-inspired and heirloom-style, with soft golden light, neutral clothing, muted Americana tones, and a softly draped American flag.

Think timeless, painterly, nostalgic family artwork — not matching 4th of July outfits.

Looking for:

Mom, dad, and 1–3 children
Available for an outdoor/porch golden-hour session
Willing to follow wardrobe guidance
Comfortable signing a model release

In exchange for participating in this specific styled Americana session, the selected family will receive one matted 8×10 fine art print from the session.

A $100 reservation retainer is required to hold the date and protect the planning/styling time. It is non-refundable for no-shows, late cancellations, or failure to follow the agreed styling.
