With a cast featuring several local actors who are now working professionally in the industry around the world, we’re so proud of what this incredible group of young adults created. How was this 9 years ago?! It feels like a blink ago.

🎭 Step into the spotlight this summer at the Clemens Center!

The Clemens Center is excited to launch its 2026 Summer Theatre Camp for students entering grades 9–12 — a hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience where creativity takes center stage.

📅 June 29 – July 25
🕕 Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 PM
📍 Held at the Clemens Center, with final performances in the Powers Theater

Whether you’re drawn to the stage or the magic behind it, there’s a place for you:

✨ Writers (June 29–July 17, optional extension through July 25)
Adapt classic one-act plays into modern stories while collaborating with actors and learning how scripts come to life.

🎬 Stage Technicians (July 6–25)
Dive into lighting, sound design, and color theory while working alongside professional theater technicians.

👗 Costumers (July 6–25)
Design and create costumes under the guidance of an experienced fashion professional with industry expertise.

🎭 Actors (July 6–25)
Explore acting with a twist—learn puppetry techniques inspired by productions like War Horse, The Lion King, and Life of Pi, while developing performance skills with an experienced mentor.

🎟️ Performance Dates:
• Saturday, July 24 at 7:30 PM
• Sunday, July 25 at 2:00 PM

💲 Cost: $275 per student
(Includes 2 complimentary tickets to a performance)

This is more than a camp—it’s a full theatrical experience where students create, collaborate, and perform on a professional stage.

Frozen teens! Changes to rehearsal time for tomorrow in your email!

💐Spring may be here… BUT… ❄️ Frozen rehearsals have kicked off to an exciting start for what’s sure to be a meaningful and memorable experience.

The teens have jumped straight into the recognizable culture of community we celebrate at Dream Barn. Fun, laughter, bonding, and incredible talents fill the room!
With all of this excitement, we are also so happy to be welcoming back several of our proud and professionally working alumni throughout this process. You never know who’s going to be popping back into the barn!

AND our youngest members are about to join in the fun! We are so excited to launch our mentorship program very soon to bring all of this joy and support to our kids production. The passion, connection, and enthusiasm is brimming! Stay tuned!

When the Director is in London of course she makes a Disney Store stop on the famous Oxford Street in London to check out Frozen merchandise. (And wishes she could take these home with her)….some fun items, that would fit on the plane, were bought for show raffles! Unveiling will happen in June.
