Kitty Mitchell Studio

09/14/2026

Dearest friends, artists and visitors to The Kitty Mitchell Studio,

I am writing to let you know, first and foremost that it has really been the greatest honor and a genuine pleasure to spend so many days in the gallery sharing the space with all of you.

I have really enjoyed sharing the space with all of my very creative fellow artists fabulous work.

I have also enjoyed my many conversations with all of our visitors about art, the meaning of life and, of course Harriet!

So, the Kitty Mitchell Studio as it is now, will be closing After Thanksgiving weekend.

For September, October and most of November I will still be open.

Thanks again for the opportunity to spend such deliciously wonderful time with all of you in that wonderful space.

I’m looking forward to creating events, doing shows and commissioned pieces. I will always be creating, and I will definitely be sharing and updating that journey on this page.

What is the gift that is unique, only for that one person and lasts a lifetime? Your favorite people, places, pets or flights of the imagination.
There's still time for a small commissioned painting for Christmas!
This week for off island folks, the next two weeks for Island folks.
Did these waiting for paint layers to dry on some commissions.
