Join us for an evening of creativity, connection & confidence! This uplifting paint night is designed to help girls explore their unique beauty and strength while reflecting on the empowering truth that they are created in God’s image. Through guided painting and conversation, we’ll celebrate self-worth, creativity, and the amazing potential in every girl.

Each girl will:
• Create a one-of-a-kind canvas painting
• Engage in positive conversations about identity and confidence
• Take home their finished artwork

DATE: Friday, November 13th
TIME: 6:00 – 7:30 PM
FEE: $15 Members • $20 CP

Our latest Strong & Confident Girls workshop was all about building strength inside and out. The girls crushed a fun workout featuring step, strength, and stretching, then mixed up some healthy smoothies to try together.

We also spent time talking about the messages we receive from school and the world—and how we can choose positive, truthful thoughts to stand confident in who we are. To wrap it up, they painted rocks with a special word or phrase to remind them of what matters most. 🎨💛

What an absolute blast we had at our annual Rocktoberfest this weekend! You guys brought awesome costumes and energy to classes. From all the epic workouts and informative sessions like the Osteo Options in Classes workshop to a relaxing Tai Chi Experience, our Group Ex community really brought it.

Congrats to Laurel P. and Emily F. for winning the costume contest with their Pink Pony Club costumes. And shoutout to honorable mention winners Vanessa C. as Sergeant Pepper and Josh J. as a racoon.

Kudos to our "Hover Like a Mother" challenge champs as well: Laura K. for successfully defending her reigning title and Kevin R. for locking down the men's over 50 win.

And of course, a huge congrats to all our raffle prize winners!

What an AMAZING time we had at Fall Fest at the Y this past weekend! From all the creative costumes and exciting inflatables to dancing the night away at the silent disco and enjoying trick-or-treating, there was so much fun and so many smiles!
