Please join us MONDAY nights for our beautiful sound meditation offering. It is such a unique experience with anywhere from 8-15 practitioners facilitating using NUMEROUS instruments. Easily over 100 instruments are utilized through careful coordination & orchestration by talented conductors creating a beautiful flow. We do it from a place of love & service as none of us are paid.

I am really quite honored and humbled to have been given the spotlight as a volunteer for Bishwa Seva Foundation this week. After I got my sound healing certifications in 2022 I was invited to this event by .amuelson as she said they could use some more volunteers in the summer of 2023. We have known one another for quite some time and had run into one another at a yoga class. She said I could help during a couple segments then lay down and receive a sound bath....

After one session I was hooked and wanted to be a regular volunteer each season. This is my 3rd year with them. Here are a few reasons why I love doing this so much.

🪷it gives me more experience & practice
🪷it gives me community with like-hearted & minded sound healers.
🪷I get to learn from the experience & wisdom of seasoned professionals who have done this for one or more decades like , , , Kay, Jeri, and others.
🪷 It is a volunteer service for a good cause raising money for school children, but also helping people find a sense of peace & inner healing.
🪷I get to feel special and part of a team offering my unique talents lending my voice in toning & bird whistles along with the other instruments I play such as gongs, chimes, ocarina flute, etc.
🪷 I believe the best way to volunteer your time & energy is using your gifts & skills that you enjoy to help others... it is a win, win win!!

Monday: ENICINITAS
Bishwa Seva Foundation at Seaside Center For Spiritual Living

This is a sound bath meditation I volunteer for each week to raise money for a school in Nepal. We have anywhere from 5-12 sound healing practitioners & musicians volunteering to create a stunning meditation with a symphony of sound - numerous gongs; Himalayan bowls & various instruments used. $25 donation per person.

Phil Collum was my friend and an amazing philanthropist and human alongside his husband William Lopez . Tragically he succumbed to cancer a couple years ago, but his husband and community have continued his enduring legacy by setting up the Phillip Collum Scholarship Fundraiser benefiting the orphaned kids at Corazon de Vida Foundation

I will be performing at this wonderful fundraising event that is a special dinner in his honor with live music and a 25K goal! Tickets can be purchased at this link ...

It is my birthday week!!!

Feb 25th 2026 I get the privilege of celebrating 45 years in this incarnation!

I am so blessed I get to sing for you, offer sound healings and officiate those special moments from death do us part to death itself... my life is not what I envisioned, but has surpassed expectation in its' daily unfoldment and in March I get to take 20 women on a remarkable journey across enchanting Thailand with my company Resté Getaway For Women ....

So if you are able to join me this week I would love to see you on my birthday at Inner Light Services Wednesday Seaside Center for Spiritual Living from 6:30-7:30pm OR Bellamy's Restaurant on Thursday or Nick & G's on Friday from 6-9pm.

💗I am deeply touched and honored to have been chosen this month to serve as officiant and soloist for two beautiful families—one in Palm Desert and one in San Diego—during some of the most tender moments of their lives.

I had never met either family before. They found me through what they both described as a deep Google search, at a time when they were feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Both shared how difficult it was to find someone offering this combination of presence, care, ceremony, and song—and how grateful they were once they did.

Working with them to honor their loved ones was a profound experience for me. These reviews were completely unsolicited, and reading their words truly brought me to tears. To be trusted in this way, and to know the experience brought comfort, beauty, and peace, is something I hold with deep reverence.
This work matters to me more than I can express. Thank you to these families for allowing me into your stories, your memories, and your hearts. 🕊
