🪻Botanical Vessel Class with at 🌷

we have 2 SPOTS left for this incredible 3 week course which starts this Wednesday may 13th, where you will build, decorate and glaze a large coil built botanical vessel.

🌸Olivia will be demonstrating coil building techniques for faster hand building. How to make and attach flattened large coils, and how to make, attach, and pinch more height with round large coils.

🌺The second class will focus on different techniques used to create organic textures that preserve and highlight the artist’s touch in fingermarks. Methods of adding organic textures to a surface, making botanical elements such as leaves, vines, petals will be demonstrated.

💐The third class will be hand-painting your bisque-fired piece.

Weekend Workshop with Sam Lopez
April 25-26 (10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Build your wheel-throwing skills by learning the art of the covered jar. This focused hands-on two-day workshop breaks down the process of creating lidded forms into clear, achievable steps—from throwing the body to constructing precise, well-fitting lids.

Day 1 will cover key techniques including gallery construction, lid design, proportion, and troubleshooting common challenges.

Day 2 will cover trimming, fitting, and creating final embellishments. Emphasis will be placed on consistency, craftsmanship, and refining your forms.

SATURDAY : Suzanne will demonstrate all the tips and tricks for constructing and personalizing your your own ceramic pipes. You can add texture, underglaze some designs... The sky is the limit with possibilities.

Great for beginners, no prior experience with clay is necessary. Ages 21 and up. Feel free to BYOB. All materials are included with the cost of the class

SUNDAY: You make, we’ll bake your own personalized bubbler! Jeremy will demonstrate how to assemble and decorate your very own water pipe. Your friends will be green with envy when you show them your awesome customized bubbler.

Great for beginners, no prior experience with clay is necessary. Ages 21 and up. Feel free to BYOB. All materials are included with the cost of the class.
