Some INCREDIBLE advice from our 6-8 year olds at our last class of the year! It’s the night before the recital…we’ve practiced and we’re ready! Dance is so much more than just steps. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to the world’s BEST dance moms! 💐

Dance moms are in a category of their own. She is a #1 fan, a therapist, a chauffeur, and arms to run into after dancing on the stage. A dance mom is a costume designer, a prop builder, a makeup artist, and a hairstylist.

A dance mom is the strength, the comfort, the safety net, and the positive & encouraging words that all dancers need. Our dancers would have nothing without their dance moms. I would have nothing without my dance mom. No matter how exhausted, overwhelmed, or stressed you feel navigating all that you do, you always make sure that we’re able to achieve our hearts biggest desires! We are forever indebted to the love you give us, the belief you have in us, and the sacrifices you’ve made so that we can live our passion and achieve our wildest dreams. Today we extend our love & appreciation to all mamas, wishing you a very Happy Mother’s Day! 💐🥹🫶🏽🩷🍾🙌🏽🥰🌸

We are SO excited to debut our new art by … the perfect addition to our dance studios! We’ve been wanting to add to our walls since day one, and we are so happy that we’ve finally found the PERFECT person to trust with the design! Liz truly brought our ideas to life, and now our dance studio is even happier and more positive than we thought possible! Liz, thank you so much for your time, attention to detail, and professionalism. We absolutely loved working with you, and can’t wait to add more fun things to the studio soon! 🎨Ⓜ️👏🏽😍🩵

From Toddler Class to a girl who knows what it means to Seas the Spotlight, Faye sure is making waves! Faye joined Mocean our first year open as a baby dancer with big curiosity. Showing she was ready for more, we switched her from Toddler to Combo Class year one. Faye dove head first into every style with confidence, heart, and determination, excelling in everything she tried. It didn’t take long for everyone to see her incredible promise…and that same year, she earned our Rising Star Award 🌟
Three years later, stronger, more confident, and taking the stage at her very first competition as part of our Mini Team, she truly is the epitome of a Rising Star.
Faye, we are beyond proud of how much you’ve grown and all that you’ve accomplished. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to continue watching you shine! ✨

- This dance was created to showcase the beauty and innocence of young children. That children are inherently kind, accepting, loving, and positive. We hoped to reinforce to our dancers that while we may look and speak differently, come from different places, or believe in different things, we are all friends! “The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky, are also on the faces of people passing by. I see friends shaking hands saying, “how do you do?” They’re really saying, “I love you! I see trees of green, and red roses too. I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.”
