✨ FRIDAY FEELS ✨

“Dance should not just divide people into audience and performers. Everyone should be a participant.”
— Twyla Tharp

Dance isn’t only about performing.

Sometimes it’s training.
Sometimes it’s expression.
Sometimes it’s friendship.
And sometimes it’s simply the joy of moving.

If you could take ONE dance class just for fun, what style would you choose?

Ballet? Tap? Jazz? Hip Hop? Contemporary? Musical Theatre? Something else?

Tell us below!

We hope everyone had a great week and is feeling rested, recharged, and ready to get moving again.

We can’t wait to see everyone back in the studio!

✨ FRIDAY FEELS ✨

“Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion.”
— Martha Graham

Technique can be taught.

But there’s something special about watching someone do something they genuinely LOVE.

What part of dance makes YOU light up?

Performing?
Learning choreography?
Being with your dance friends?
Finally getting a skill you’ve worked forever on?

Tell us in the comments.

✨ FRIDAY FEELS ✨

“To me, the body says what words cannot.”
— Martha Graham

That may be one of the most beautiful things about dance.

Sometimes movement says everything without saying a word.

If you had to choose ONE emotion you love expressing through dance, what would it be?

Joy? Power? Confidence? Heartbreak? Freedom? Something else?
