OCBC PLAYERS- Start your weekend off with a grounding and energizing free hour of yoga with our good friend Lora Cole. Lora is a professional surfer, amazing yoga instructor, and former Beach lifeguard.

Meet on the beach where we play the tournament, down by the ocean. Exact time TBD but it will be before games begin on Saturday morning. Details will be in your player guide before the tournament.

BYO mat or towel.

This year, we recognize the Algonquin Lenape (Delaware) tribe which locally includes the Assateague, Pocomoke, and Wicomico peoples who inhabited the lower Eastern Shore before colonization.

Thank you to our artist for capturing the beauty and nature of this native land in our disc and jersey design.

We will be making a donation to the Tribe following the tournament.
