One thing about being … it’s never just about talent. 👀

It’s about the brains behind it too 🧠

Anybody can teach technique. Anybody can win a trophy. But building student-athletes who know how to work hard BOTH inside and outside of the studio? That’s different and it’s not easy!

These dancers are proof that you can be a competitive athlete while still maintaining excellence in the classroom. Because the truth is… you have to be a SMART dancer to become a successful one. Discipline. Time management. Accountability. Commitment. Those things matter just as much as technique.

At RADAR, we strive for excellence not only in artistry, but also in academics. And this season, our dancers completely surpassed our expectations 🥵🔥 From Highest GPA awards to National Honor Society recognition and multiple 4.0 students, the credentials are long! 🤏🏽

The standard here has always been bigger than dance.

So proud of these athletes for showing that excellence doesn’t clock out when class ends. Excellence isn’t a hobby, it’s a lifestyle 💗🎓✨

Happy Birthday Eve Radar 🎉🩷

There’s something about reflection
that hits different when you’ve lived it.

When you know what it took to get here—
the pressure,
the lessons,
the moments that didn’t make the highlight reel.

Season 5: Refined asked more of us—
and not always in ways that felt easy.

But in return, it gave more.

More growth.
More awareness.
More purpose.
More alignment.

Better late than never 😉

From Fort Myers, Jacksonville, to the Bahamas— … we’ve been outside this season and this is just the start 💅🏽
