For most of us, that sounds unimaginable.

But for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, having the freedom to make everyday choices hasn’t always been a given.

At The Arc Marion County, FL, we believe it should be.

Choosing a friend.
Choosing where to go.

We’re heading into one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year—fall festivals, community events, and Giving Season! 🍂❤️

Over the next few months, you’ll see lots of requests from local nonprofits asking for sponsorships, donations, and support. We know there are many wonderful organizations doing important work, and we also know you can’t support everyone.

💙 DSP WEEK AT THE ARC MARION 💙 Sept 7-11

Behind every smile, every accomplishment, every outing, and every special moment is a Direct Support Professional who shows up with patience, compassion, and love. 🥹💙

Our DSPs aren’t just staff — they are trusted friends, advocates, cheerleaders, and family to the people we serve. And we want to celebrate them!

🎁 We’re asking our amazing community to help us make DSP Week extra special!

We are looking for donations of:
🎟️ Gift cards for our incredible DSPs $20.00 in value
🥞 Breakfast donations for our Arc Marion Group Homes on 9/7.
