We're growing! 🎶 The Ocala Symphony Orchestra & Reilly Arts Center are adding two new members to the team behind the music — and one of them might be you (or someone you know — tag them!).
🎻 Development Operations Manager — the detail-loving, database-minded hub of our development team. ~32 hrs/week, $26–29/hr, designed to grow to full-time. No fundraising background needed: bookkeepers, database admins, and operations pros who love accuracy and rhythm, this one was built for you.
🎭 Executive & Events Coordinator — the super-organized juggler who will help keep our contracts, calendars, and events moving. ~25 weekday hours, $22/hr, occasional evenings for event support. If you've kept contracts, clients, and calendars moving in hospitality, real estate, or event work, your skills transfer perfectly.
