*ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESSES!*

This man right here has had a long-term habit of returning items in small stores with cash and short-changing the workers, assuming that no one will notice.
What the footage captured today is not the first encounter we've had with him.
We are also pretty certain that we are not the only business he's done this to.

Today, he returned a large bag of rice.
He was given the change for his return, then he quickly pocketed it and turned back around saying, "wait, you didn't give the correct amount!"
The shop was extremely busy and he saw that there were different people here, assuming he wouldn't get caught or be recognized by anyone.
We were scammed by this individual of $60.

About 7-8 years ago, one of our girls had a similar incident with this exact same man.
He returned a rice cooker that had been purchased with cash, and took advantage of the fact that she was the only visible person in the store.
He used his height and size as an intimidation tactic, tricked her by telling her she didn't give him the correct amount after quickly pocketing it, and scammed us of $40.
Unfortunately, our cameras were not working when this other incident occurred, so he got away with it.
But, thanks to people like this, we are definitely making sure that our cameras are working at all times.

Law enforcement will be contacted.
