Now Hiring: World ID Field Operators / Brand Ambassadors (in San Francisco, Milpitas & Concord Ca)
Were currently recruiting to expand our World ID verification team in the Bay Area and are currently hiring new Field Operators/Brand Ambassadors. San Francisco is currently active, and both Milpitas and Concord are launching shortly. Training for all locations is beginning now.
This role supports the on-site World ID human verification process using the Orb device. Operators help the public understand the purpose of World ID, assist with setting up the World App, and guide them through a quick biometric verification that proves they are a real, unique human in a privacy-preserving way.
Your responsibilities include:
• Educating people about World ID and Proof of Personhood
• Explaining how the system protects privacy using zero-knowledge proofs
• Helping users download and set up the World App
• Guiding them through a fast Orb scan to complete verification
• Supporting sign-ups by sharing incentives (users currently receive 50 Worldcoin tokens curently worth about $31+ USD)
• Creating a simple, smooth onboarding experience
Compensation:
• Average earnings $25–$85+ per hour, depending on traffic and sign-ups
• Flexible scheduling
• Training provided (no tech background required)
