A brief talk about dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts. - I want people to know their not alone on this part of their life journey.
I felt the urge to share something outside of the prescriptive content out there, sharing a personal experience dealing with these mental health problems and how I overcame them and found something powerful.

I have had a few friends fall victim to the weight of a heavy mind and un lifed themselves. I have heard all the sad stories of ones who demonstrated the same behaviors I did and still choose to take drastic measures 🙁

We need better preventative education for a better mental health.

Yes, we all definitely need therapy at some point, however, there are other things we can implement in our lives that can help us through the daily stresses we face.

I believe 🖼 is one of these things.
