Scream: East Bay Express' Horror Film Festival Festive film screening & awards brought to you by the East Bay Express, hosted by Jamie DeWolf with horror themed performances by local burlesque acts.

Each fall the East Bay Express celebrates the darker side of independent cinema in a vibrant display of horror, macabre and exploitation shorts with SCREAM: East Bay Express’ Horror Film Festival. Film submissions should be genre specific and under 10 minutes, including credits. All independent filmmakers with pieces under two years old are welcome to submit their works for consideration. Fest takes place at XOXO Nightclub in Oakland (2015: October 24th from 7pm to midnight) and is brought to you by the East Bay Express in collaboration with Tourettes without Regrets and the Sacramento Horror Film Festival. This event is 18+.
