Oakland’s Dimond District hosts this one-of-a-kind Fall Festival, welcoming thousands with entertainment, arts, and ecology. The Dimond continues a tradition as an entertainment destination, begun in the early 1900’s when Beer Gardens and German vacation resorts lined the boulevard. Oaktoberfest will bring world-class beer to the giant tented beer hall, serving steins of traditional German flavors

regional brew pub favorites. The event is co-owned by the two host non-profits the Dimond Improvement Association and the Dimond Business & Professional Association

Vendor applications are now available on our website - with early bird discounts through June 1st! 🐦 ⏰⚡️

Last year we had a record attendance of 45,000 guests and we plan to be even bigger this year. ⬅️

This year at Oaktoberfest we had the honor of welcoming 45,000 attendees and one of them was the gentle gig general himself, who gifted us with a surprise DJ set at the Main Stage as a full harvest moon made her way over the town. 🎶🫡 🌕

We’re all in for the YAY and can’t wait to do it all again in 2026. We’ll be back on October 3rd & 4th! ⬅️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

18th Annual Oaktoberfest WE 👏🏾 DID 👏🏾 THAT 👏🏾 !!!!

This year’s Oaktoberfest in the Dimond was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and the tops of our steins for all of the love and support. 🫶🏾

🎉♻️ Crusty the Compost Pile comes alive today at Oaktoberfest in the Dimond! ♻️🎉

Join us for two interactive performances with and their new eco-art project SCRAP (Sustainable Composting, Recycling, Art & Puppetry)!

🕥 Catch Crusty live on the Family Stage: 10:30 AM & 2:00 PM

Come meet Crusty, play the “Sort It Out” recycling game, and learn how to keep compost and recyclables out of the landfill — all through puppetry, laughter, and creativity! 🌎💚

Every puppet and prop is made from upcycled or thrifted materials, showing how art can inspire change and teach sustainability in a hands-on way.

Huge thanks to our partners: the Laurel District Association, Dimond Improvement Association, Montclair Village Association, and to our funder, the Altamont Education Advisory Board, for supporting this amazing community collaboration! 🙌
