As a special needs family, we continue to evolve and navigate the journey. This part of our journey is to figure out how we can create opportunities of true belonging for families like that look like ours but also give the flexibility that most careers don’t allow or accommodate when raising and supporting special needs. It’s an uphill battle that most families face and work through behind closed doors. This is our story. This our comeback.
